Service, Fees and Insurance

We are an out-of-network service. Our experience suggests that your health insurance could still be very valuable even when seeing an out-of-network provider. This is true as long as your insurance includes out-of-network mental health benefits. As our primary goal is to provide access to our services, we’ll help you to maximize your reimbursement based on the details of your plan.

A complimentary 15-minute phone consultation with the doctor can be requested prior to your initial visit. During this consultation, questions can be asked to determine whether an evaluation is appropriate.
We do not bill for contact outside sessions via email, text, or phone unless this contact exceeds 15 minutes or is a life-threatening emergency, at which point, such services will be pro-rated at the agreed hourly rate.

Payment Policies

Fees are due prior to your visit with the provider unless financial arrangements have been made.  Payment types accepted are Venmo, Paypal and Zelle.

Cancellations / Missed Appointments / Late Arrivals

When we schedule an appointment, this time is reserved for you. We understand that everyone has unexpected changes to their schedule, vacations, etc. When an appointment is cancelled / rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, no fee will be charged. Visits cancelled after that or no-shows will be billed $75.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

Dr Robbins LLC follows all Florida State confidentiality required regulations. All records remain confidential unless a written consent is provided. In some circumstances, and only as legally required, confidentiality is overridden, and information is released to a third party. A Notice of Privacy form will be distributed and discussed as part of the initial treatment package.
